Ormy Hilopites (noodle-type Greek pasta) 500gr

Hilopites are made by the nuns using traditional methods and pure ingredients, with sheep’s milk and eggs from the Convent. They are then packaged at its fully equipped workshop.

Cooking Instructions

1. Add 60gr of hilopites and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in 600gr of boiling water or broth. Optionally you can replace the 200gr of water with milk.
2. Bring to a boil for 5'-6' over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of butter.
3. Turn off the heating and cover the pan.
4. Optionally (but highly recommended!), add grated cheese
